In the Primary Care (CPR) section, you learn how to recognise life‑threatening situations, perform chest compressions and rescue breaths, use barrier devices, assist an unresponsive person, and manage choking incidents until medical help arrives. The Secondary Care (First Aid) section teaches you how to assess injuries and illnesses, bandage wounds, stabilise fractures, manage shock, and provide reassurance to an injured person—skills valuable both in diving and everyday life.
